My favorite thing about this Seafood Pasta dish is that it takes less than 30 minutes to make! I started out by sautรฉing fresh garlic in olive oil with some crushed red pepper. Then, to make my life significantly easier (and even more delicious), I used Victoria Pasta Sauce as the base of the dish before adding the seafood. I used Tomato Basil which is so flavorful as Victoria Pasta Sauces use 100% Italian tomatoes. Since 1929, Victoria Pasta Sauce has used these tomatoes to make its delicious products in its original Brooklyn plant.
What type of seafood to use
One of my favorite dishes to order when I go out to eat is pasta with any kind of seafood. I am not picky when it comes to seafood, I love shrimp, calamari, mussels, clams, lobster, and all types of fish. I feel like seafood has a such a โspecial occasionโ feel to it, along with the Victoria Pasta Sauce which is perfect for special occasions. Victoria Pasta Sauce creates moments of togetherness among home cooks preparing amazing Italian recipes.
I chose to use a combination of shrimp and calamari in this seafood pasta seeing as they both cook in under five minutes. However, feel free to use your favorite seafood, and just adjust the cooking time.
This seafood pasta is simmered in a tomato basil sauce and then sprinkled with fresh basil at the end. I love using Victoria Pasta Sauce since it contains very simple ingredients such as 100% Italian tomatoes, imported olive oil, fresh garlic fresh basil, and fresh onions. This sauce is truly packed with flavor. It also has no preservatives, water, or added sugar or salt. This is so important to me as I try my very best to feed my family the cleanest ingredients.
Since the Victoria Pasta Sauce is so flavorful, no other spices or seasonings are necessary. I made this entire dish from start to finish in less than 30 minutes. It is so quick and easy, it could make a wonderful weeknight family meal and so flavorful, that it would be great for special occasions too!
