Place one slice of mozzarella cheese on a slice of bread.Add the slices of Aakawi cheese on the mozzarella. Add the remaining slice of mozzarella and top with the zaatar spread.
Heat up a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 teaspoon of butter. Once melted, add the sandwich and cook over medium heat until the bottom is golden brown. Add another teaspoon of butter and flip the sandwich over to toast the other side. Cook for 2 more minutes.
