2lg.Eggs
3tb.Light Cream
¼tsp.Cinnamon
3tb.Cream Cheese
1tb.Maple Syrup
Butter or Non-Stick spray to coat pan
Instructions
Beat eggs and cream together in a medium-sized bowl. Add the cinnamon and whisk to combine.
Preheat a nonstick skillet to medium-low heat and grease with butter or nonstick spray.Dip bread in egg mixture and turn to make sure both sides are coated evenly.
Cook the French toast on the greased skillet for about 2 minutes on each side, until browned. Set aside.
Combine the cream cheese and maple syrup and mix well. Spread about 1 tablespoon on the French toast and roll it up.
